A flag made of recycled plastic, with your message, your name or your company logo, standing on your own square feet of a real beach. We plant it, we photograph it, and we send you the picture. The flag is paid separately and the price depends on the size of your plot, because a bigger plot takes a bigger flag. You can bring your own or we can have it made for you, with your logo or your company on it.
Come whenever you want and camp on your land. From two square feet upwards it is yours for 75 years, and nobody needs to give you permission to sit on it.
Transfer your leasehold to a third party whenever you decide, under the terms of the agreement. We make no promise about what it will be worth. Nobody honest would.

There is no waiting list and no delivery date to wait for. Your square feet are assigned to you the second the payment clears, because you took part in the ranking. The contract formalises what you already have, it does not create it later.
This is not a launch. There are people working on the estate today, there is a padel court in use, a coworking, a restaurant terrace and finished houses. You can fly there this month and walk into all of it.
People took land here before you, built their houses and live in or rent them. We are telling you this plainly instead of pretending you would be first. The land in this rush is a defined area, separate from what has already been sold, so nothing you claim takes anything from them and nothing they own takes anything from you.
Building is optional and it is never bundled into your claim. When you decide to do it, you pay the construction company directly and in stages, against work done. Every payment you make gets you something standing on the ground.
This is not a leaderboard of website visits, and it is not a slot you rent until somebody outbids you. When the counter moves here, a piece of a real beach changes hands. We think that makes ours the better board, although we would say that.

The rush closes on whichever of these happens first: every square foot is claimed, ten days go by with no new claim at all, or 31 December 2026 arrives. Until then the board stays open and you can keep climbing.

Below 3,000 sq ft the land is still yours and you can camp on it, you simply cannot put up a building. Building is optional and paid separately, only if you decide to build.
In two stages, and we keep them clearly apart. First you claim in the ranking. That fixes your square feet and your position. Then, when the ranking closes, we formalise a 75 year leasehold by individual contract with our Indonesian company, with your plot number and coordinates written into it.
Indonesia does not allow foreigners to hold freehold title. Nobody can offer you freehold there, ourselves included, and we will never use the word ownership to describe what you get.
Come and see it before you claim anything. Write to us, fly to Sumba, and you can stay with us on the estate and walk the land yourself. Nobody should trust a website with this. We own the land and the title is published on this page. The estate has been under construction for two years, so you can fly to Sumba this month and walk into the padel court, the coworking and the finished houses. And other holders took land here before you and already built, so there are people on site who have nothing to do with this page and can tell you what they think.

No. Nothing you claim goes back into the pool and no higher ranked claim can displace you. A higher rank lets you pick earlier from what is still free. It never moves somebody who is already placed.
It closes on whichever of these three comes first: every square foot is claimed (18,000,000 of them), ten days pass without a single new claim, or the calendar reaches 31 December 2026. Any new claim restarts the ten days. Once it closes the ranking is frozen for good, and plots are picked in that order. Eco Beach City keeps the right to sell other land in other areas of the estate or elsewhere, but never through this ranking and never taking a plot away from anyone already on the board.
Fly to Bali, then roughly one hour on to Sumba. From the airport it is about one hour thirty by road to the estate. We are also working on direct flights to Singapore and Australia, which are only about two hours away. Komodo National Park is across the water to the north and is a normal trip from here.
You are welcome to come and see it. We would rather you did, and we will film you standing on the ground you claimed.

Not until you build. If you simply hold your square feet there is no annual fee, no service charge and nothing to pay. Ever.
If you decide to build a house on your land, from that point there is a community fee of $95 a month. It covers the upkeep and your access to the shared facilities: padel, tennis, football, basketball, the beach club, the coworking, and estate security.
And if you want us to rent your house out, we handle it and keep 25% of the net rental income. Renting on the estate is done through us. This is a service, not a return: we make no forecast, no guarantee and no promise about what your house will or will not earn.
No, furniture is not included and it is optional. Our furniture packages start at $5,000, plus shipping and installation.
You are free to furnish it yourself if you prefer. There is a short list of minimum conditions to keep the estate consistent and safe, and in that case installation is still done by our team, for safety reasons and because of how the houses are built.
